well you are not at all rude, if fact the people you are referring to are rude.

i would advise the people who doesn't find this show interesting, leave the show and the forum quietly .. nobody is interested to know why they haven't liked it. Since they have decided that the show is useless, they should not spend even a second for this useless show.. That certainly disturbs the viewers who enjoy the show.

If somebody wants the show to get better, they can advice that... instead of letting people know why they didn't like about it and thus stop watching it..

I will disagree with you politely here. A show can only progress and become better when its shortcomings are recognized. Yes, sometimes we love something so much, we do not want to realize them, but that does not mean that they are not there. If people are leaving the show, it is probably a good thing to understand the reasoning and their justification behind it--- perhaps for some individuals it is genuine and rational, and extends beyond "nothing but sarun"

Yes, there is a level of decency that can be maintained when acknowledging criticism, but finding faults and trying to better them is how, not only television shows, but everything in this world evolves.

Just see, people didn't like Farhan's acting even before the huge incident, and their criticism and feedback led to improvement in the show. This can happen for all different facets related to CC.

I understand your point. But what I meant is, there are some basic norms of criticism. Criticism for the sake of criticism only is not something positive. When you are in a constructive criticism , you are supposed to appreciate both the strengths and weaknesses of the show. And you give it a chance after you have put up with your suggestions for betterment.

But what I found among certain people is, they come with posts criticizing the show after they have kind of decided that the show is hopeless and they are going to leave.. In such case, I don't think there is any need for them to point out to those who are in the forum why exactly they were leaving. These kinds of posts affect the neutral/occasional viewers who disowns the show without giving much try. Its like, "i used to watch CC, I didn't like this and this of the show, so I will stop.. and others should also do the same!" AND THIS IS SOMETHING I FIND UNFAIR.

So my advice was to them only. If you read my post carefully, you will understand whom I meant.

Okay, I see what you're saying. And I agree that it is only proper that decency be maintained when criticizing shows. Perhaps, I interpreted your post wrong.

Personally, I stopped watching CC a few months in, and I think I have valid points as to my reasoning behind it, points that I think can really help in bettering the show if heard out. I will not go parading those points continuously in the forum, but obviously when discussion permits, I would bring those points up simply because I love Sanaya and would want her to mature as an actress. A lot of people who find faults in the show, like myself, really don't think it is because the show is hopeless, but genuinely think there are legitimate shortcomings in the show that can be fixed. Farhan's talent was one. He was replaced, and the show already seems much better.

But, yes, people who have not liked the show, quit and encourage people to do the same... the thought is absurd. There is no need to go and declare shortcomings for everything. And where appreciation is due, it should be given.

But when criticism is justified and put across politely, then why not. It can only help at the end of the day.

Same with me.. After Farhan's exit I restarted watching the show with lots of new hopes .. but I can't say confidently that i eagerly wait for the episodes now-a-days. I normally try to get some ideas from the posts in the forum and then I watch it if I feel like watching.

However, I always wanted this show to succeed, (and you have to agree there are people who always wanted it to fail!). In fact, for me, success of a show like this, based on the talents of two great women actor (one of whom is Sanaya who my all time favourite), was something I desperately wanted to happen in the male-dominated showbiz world .. and thats why i feel helplessly sad when I see its not living up with the expectation and people with prejudice (those who wanted from the beginning the show to fail) taking the chance to create further negativity on this show..

Anyways, I still hope Sanaya is a veteran actor and smart enough to understand where the show is going and take a decision about it when it would be the time.

I apologize for going beyond the context of the thread!

@ TM Please don't make posts in which Barun has been included as it creates a lot of disturbance into this section.

Now, coming back to your post- Different people are there all over IF.. Few of them will praise the show, few will criticize it, and few of them are those who takes everything onto their heart and forget the line btw criticize and bashing which is why the negativity takes place. however, these kind of threads never helped anyone.. instead, it makes a lot of fuss which is why we don't allow such posts to stay in section. You can always pm or report the posts in which you see negativity or see people fighting with each other.
To few : it's not necessary to take dig at any actor just because you dislike him or whatsoever is the reason.
