The post title should have been "how to fool audience by the name of supernatural". I never gave importance to any of the jodi and took it as optional however always wished to see grey shade supernatural creatures, human role in supernatural world and less (zero) social family drama.

100% Agree !!! The show had started well but overtime got ruined completely .. If we watch the initial episodes and the current episodes, there's a vast difference !! The viewers were simply fooled !!

Yes, Romaila, you may be correct when you say that most of us were expecting more supernatural elements. But, because it was supposed to be a 'five-times-a-week' show, they had to attach a love story to it to give space to the supernatural part. But, I agree with you that family drama could have been a lot less.

It shows how in '5 easy steps' one can ruin a supernatural show - no matter how much effort has been put in till then!! 'How To Ruin A Supernatural Show - In 5 Easy Steps' :

1. Decrease all the supernatural elements one by one. Do this till the time the show changes from a supernatural thriller to a social drama.

2. Remove or dilute all existing chemistry : between the lead pair, the parallel lead pair, the new lead pair, etc. Ensure that the audience cannot connect with any pair's chemistry for too long.

3. Repeat plots, tracks & the central theme with fresh faces each time (but dont recycle, because recycling produces a new product at the end of the process).

4. Forget the effort & hard work that has been put into the shaping of different characters. Instead use them as and when required to suit your needs.

5. Lastly, dont bother worrying about the flaws and inconsistencies in script-writing. Remember, always trust the loyal viewer & his power to forgive all inconsistencies - big and small. Thus, ignore all criticisms & merrily carry on!
