Recap:Minu and Uppal notice the differences existing between Megha and Nihal.Minu thinks that Megha is the right person thru whom she can ruin the Chopra family.She successfully manipulates Megha and Megha thinks .
Uppal (Chachaji) informs Vishu that it was coz of Megha's greatness that Minu is alive today and that Megha had forgiven Minu.Minu is happily having fruits while uppal talks to Vishu.Uppal laughs that Vishu cut the call abruptly without listening further ,resulting in questioning Megha by eveybody @ home.
At home everybody await Megha.When Megha asks them is anything was wrong and Parchayiji begins to tell.Vishu asks Parchayiji not to tell her anything and it would be right if Nihal spoke to her.Nihal tells Megha that it would be better for everybody if Megha stopped meeting Minu aunty.Megha replies that shes a dcotor and shes just doing her job as Minu is her patient.
Kuku tries to explain by telling her that there are other hospitals in the city and Megha interrupts and tells him that she understands the problem of family members that they want to take revenge on Minu for what she did ,but Minu had already served her sentence for the mistake she had comitted and Megha walks away.
Kuku and Vishu ask Nihal to stop Megha orelse the entire family would face severe circumstances due to Minu.Nihal talks to Megha and tells her that shes supporting the lady coz of whom Saroj mami left the house and Suhana suffered.Megha retaliates by saying that the Chopra family is well known for mistreating their bahu(she doesnt have brains)and they go to the extent when the bahu leaves the house.She also says that it happened to Ssaroj,Minu and Suhana when Nihal stops her and raises his hand to slap her.parchayiji listens to their conversation.
Parchayiji stops Nihal and yells at him for misbehaving with his wife.Nihal tells her that it was his fault that he gave too much room to Megha and all these wouldnt have happened.Kuku explains to Megha that she can continue to be a doctor treating Minu but should not involve her in the family matters.
Nihal interrupts and says that its his wish that Megha should not meet Minu aunty if she wishes to stay in this house and learn to respect the decision of the elders'.Megha tells him that now that hes stopping her from meeting Minu,she will surely meet her(digging her own grave ) for which even if she had to leave the house .parchayiji is worried and Kuku assures her that he would talk to Nihal.
Kuku tells Nihal that he doesnt understand the tension between the two but it would be good if they put an end to all the differences they have in their married life.He tells NIihal that Megha loves him a lot ,else she wouldnt have waited that long to marry Nihal.
Megha is at her maayka and Mannu tells her that it isnt good for her to be there.Megha tells him that if shes a burden then she would leaves.Nihal is there to take her back home and asks her what was her problem .She replies he was her problem for the past 6 years,the 's' letter he mentioned is still haunting her.He tells that hes done everything that a husband can do but she says hes not doing a favour as its her rights.Nihal walks away and Megha is shattered.Both of them think about their wedding,Nihal uttering the 's' letter and Megha is in tears.She says i love u nihal.(agar tum na hote track is played)
parchayiji questions Nihal about Megha and he tells her that she would return on her own once everythings ok.Nihal stops Kuku from calling Megha and says that its his personal problem and if its bothering everybodyelse @ home ,he would arrange to stay elsewhere.
Kanishka(Chachaji's young wife) informs uppal and Minu that charulatha (perfect maid) told her that Megha had left home and is in her maayka after y'days arguement @ home .Uppal is happy but Minu tells him that its necessary for Megha to live at the Chopras if her plan has to succeed.
precap:Megha tells Minu that Nihal loved a girl starting with the letter 's' and Minu tells her that she knows who it is.they show Megha overlooking Nihal and some other girl together.
