I feel like a lot of Rubina fans are overreacting with this news. Okay so initially the story was supposed to be of Raj & Divya. However, a lot of people loved and accepted the relationship and pairing of Sarita and Raj. It's not like the PH is 'kicking' Divya out of the picture, but with the popularity of Sarita and Raj soaring, they just don't know how to fit Rubina into the whole story. Unless they make Rubina a negative character where she seeks revenge from Sarita or something like that. There are so many ways to keep the role of Divya in the story. For example:
1) Raj has an accident in where he loses his memory completely. Divya is there by his side and because of her he slowly starts to regain it.
2) Divya becomes a negative character and starts feeling jealous of Sarita and starts planning schemes to separate the two.
Etc etc etc. There were ways to keep the character of Divya alive. But the whole story didn't start off on the right track. To make Divya negative now, is kind of impossible since they have portrayed her as a positive character. There are ways to make a love triangle work on screen. But the PH failed. So Divya chose to quit.
But there is no need for millions of fans to vent their anger out by playing the 'blame game' or creating threads saying that they are quitting the show etc etc. I've even seen fans bashing Karan (Raj) and Sarita (forgot her real name). Are you kidding me? Like seriously. It's just as simple as the audience has grown a lot of acceptance to the characters of Raj and Sarita. No need to get so jumpy. I know this news comes as a huge disappointment who wished to see Divya in a leading role. But what's done has been done. No need to vent out anger in the wrong way.
Anyways loving Raj & Sarita from day 1. I'll continue watching for sure and hopefully the story goes through a lot of twists and turns and becomes more interesting. :)
