Katrina is a devotee of Sheikh Salim Chishti and often visits the dargah in Fatehpur Sikri.

Actress Katrina Kaif made a early morning trip to seek the blessings of Sheikh Salim Chishti at hisdargah and expressed her desire to shoot a song sequence here.

The 30-year-old actress visited the dargah at 6 in the morning and tied the sacred red thread for a wish there. It was Katrina's fifth trip to the dargah, Arshad Faridi, son of peerzada Rais Mian Chishti, the sajdanashin (religious head) of the Sheikh Salim Chishti dargah said.

Arshad said the actress is a devotee of Sheikh Salim Chishti and visits the dargah often to pray for the success of her films.

Katrina also expressed a desire to shoot a film at the dargah, he said, adding they would gladly grant her permission. The holy shrine has featured in films like Garm Hawa and Sunny Deol's film Yateem.
