Why do dna test. Billi is pregnant for months. Can they make out how old is pregnancy and know the truth?

for me the precap was a little confusing...i dint understand what he said ..did he said tumhe samajh nahi aati ? looks like since she is pregnant he is a lot worried about her eating wrong stuff but then why is he angry while saying those things...
