Asad and Zoya love story - destroyed - Page 3

I do not get what relationship are you talking about. When you love someone you pine for that person, like Asad does; but you do also understand, respect, trust, and care for that person. There is a bond of very strong emotions. I have not seen that in this relationship between Asad and Zoya. According to me, Asad has taken care of Zoya sometimes, but many a times, it was to satisfy his own inner feelings, and ego, and not because he really understood what she was going through or respected her feelings. He was shown as someone, always stuck up in his own emotions. (I have not seen any recent episode, though.) I hear that recently he broke her heart a second time by refusing to get married to her. So, if there was a real realization of love in his heart, he would have respected her feelings, and would have shared his truth (Tannu's pregnancy) with her (after all, without any explanation or proof of his innocence, she has come back to give him another chance?!).

Coming to zoya, i do not think, she, either has any deep feelings or love for Asad. If it was there, first of all, she would not have left him on the nikaah fiasco time, and run away. For she was very well aware of Tanveer's intentions. As Zoya knew it, the first or at least second thing that should have crossed her mind (if she had really trusted and loved Mr.Khan) would have been that he was trapped, not that he had cheated. And now, that she has an inkling of the truth, she was obliged to let the man she loved know that (or if she knew he was too naive to believe her, she, should have informed someone like Dilshad or Rashid). But, here it is shows as she chose not to hurt him by not revealing it? Could she even fathom the pain that he is undergoing to do that sacrifice? Or is she doing all this things to just satisfy just her pride and ego, that Zoya faruqui does not accept defeat that easily and can do anything by herself? What else could be the explanation for playing with the life of Asad, her love, when she clearly knows what Tanveer is capable of? If she really wanted to help him, she should have taken aid from others. QH is a show with plenty of characters capable of doing that.

Either both the characters are unbelievable, dumb, and poorly sketched; or there is no real love between them.

On another note, can't expect anymore from a daily soap? In which serial have you found leads, especially female leads, go out of the way to get things done? They are always straight-forward to the unbelievable extent and suffer everything in silence and ultimately by a flick of destiny things become goody goody for them. It is like only poetic justice work for them or by divine interference things fall in place, right? The only difference here is that here both heroine and hero are of the same type, and at least we do not see an OTT machismo hero who can overcome anything and everything just because he is the hero! In that sense, you can say, Gul has actually created an antithesis to Indian soap heroes!!
