I mean its strange usually in most of hindu/indian traditions the godh bharai is usually done only during the first pregnancy in the seventh month...then how come gehna is going to have a second godh bharai? Rajasthanis /Rajputs on the forum please provide more details about this.. is godhbharai function held for every pregnancy in the rajasthani, marwari culture? Please provide your inputs.. Thanks in advance 😊

Why is second child unimportant??? the main reason for Godh bharai is it is done in seventh month ending, and also adorning tha mother to be's hands with chudiyaan ensured she will have adequate rest till delivery and also if baby is born prematurely she/he will have adequate ashirvad from near and dear who come for the function-

In some cultures it is only for first pregnancy, but I suppose as some people have answered, in other cultures it must done in every pregnancy
