Can someone please explain to me how to vote.

I live in Vancouver, Canada so i'm not sure when the voting lines are open here & whenever I try to vote it ALWAYS says "Voting Line Will Open Soon"

Do you have to log in to vote?

I don't think Canadians can vote...

I've tired couple of times, it doesn't work.

😲 No way! Shit I got to figure out how to vote. Every time I try it always says voting line not open. And I read somewhere that if you live in Canada you can't vote.
