Here the funny part is , every one you mentioned changed after interacting with DS or other folks in haveli...while gauri seems to have changed the moment she saw haveli . Her revenge/love (goods knows what it is) has got activated the moment she looked at haveli...she did not have to interact with the singhs to reveal her ugly side.

Shiv's part was really good..and I totally agree with it. His decision making part of the brain seemed to been affected deeply after interacting with the singhs.

I asked Sherlock about Gauri. He said, it is simple, you just have to see the details. Gauri stayed in badi haveli for a few days when her parents abandoned her near badi haveli in that storm. The haveli effect was taking shape. Instead of her disrupted studies, she was weeping about how villagers are mocking her parents etc. but she went away before magic effect was complete. So the magic of badi haveli remained dormant inside her and as soon as she entered in badi haveli next time, the magic presented itself in full force, just like a volcano.

Actually Sanchi entering badi haveli officially (as a family member) was just speculation considering her recent behaviour.
