Deepika,hands down! I cannot imagine Sonam playing Veronica's character like the way Dpad did...On the other hand I think Dpad could have acted better than Sonam in movies like sawaariya, mausam ..Deepika was also great in aakrashan and KHJJS..Now Sonam cannot match that 😛...I mean she was a total non-actress before Raanjhana.

In short,

Deepika >>>>>> Sonam in every possible way IMO..

Even in popularity race Dpad is miles ahead of her and much more successful than Sonam..She is also kind of funny and cute in CE promos and took the limelight away from SRK for me 😳

For me Deepika always played HIGHLY SAFE, while Sonam was always experimental right from her debut.
Besides imo Deepika is a one wooden actress... I can't think of any real "performance" of hers besides a cocktail.

i really liked sonam in raanjhaana, she looked so pretty. i remember during oso and sawaariya i used to root for sonam, but after watching the films, i say i like deepika more as a performer.

sonam lacks the screen presence of deepika.

one month back, i wud have voted for dp. but she annoyed me like anything with yjhd promotions.

sonam has has made some good choices. she was good in raanjhanaa too.

Both equally suck at voice modulation & dialogue delivery. Neither. Both are very beautiful women though.
