I mean I find it so stupid and unnecessary.

Is this the first time you are watching a dance show? Wearing those kinds of clothes is quite normal in a dance show, and Jhalak has been doing it since season-1. I am honestly getting tired of un-constructive criticism on this forum, it seems like anybody is finding any reasons to make a baseless point.

Go and watch International shows or dance tournaments, it is MUCH MUCH worse there.

they need drama to have popcorn bashing dd in particular .

they want DID mummy special in jdj

so that they can watch with kids and elders.

international is not there type desi thadka they want😆

its not International shows u see 😆 and how can u comfare this stupid dance show with International shows god they can never match up with their expert dancing skills

God knows y...everytime i see a post ...i roll my eyes...i mean how can you say who shud wear wat costumes or wat not... They are wearing wats comfortable for them ... People have problm with drashti's vilage act dress.. Wats the prob in that dress..she is wearing shorts underneath it and its comfortable to do lifts with that .doing lifts in ghagra cud have been messy and awkward for both her and salman..Silliest thing to point somebdy over costume... This is my opinion take it or leave it..

why do people bother about dresses so much..Reality shows will have such costumes..its not just DD..all contestants who are comfortable in wearing such outfits will wear them..see Sana's costumes in her acts or Lauren's or female choreographers.//why do clothes have to be an issue is beyond me!

If this was an international show no one would bother and the focus would be on dancing! Go look at some of Stacy Keilber's outfits from the first season of dancing with the stars! But the focus was kept on her fab dancing! Drashti has a nude belly covering on her belly and the shorts she needed to dance! Ppl here in the US wear shorts all the time so I didn't see what was wrong with her dancing in shorts.

DD's bottom for the village act could have been a little longer , upto her knees (atleast for me) .

And its not only the dress but the steps too that makes the performance look vulgar ...

This is a family show, where kids too watch the programme ! Its kinda embarrassing to watch it with ur parents

I agree! I dont see the big deal about the costumes either.

Its more of the act which might make the performance point towards vulgar borderline...a lil bit...so it really has nothing to do with only the dress IMO

A graceful dancer can carry off any dress really well.😃

dear there is hardly anything on tv nowadays which you can watch with your family comfortably..these things are not going to change because people like watching it..so what we can do is choose what we can watch with our family..
