Asad can't marry Tanveer according to Islamic Laws

Assalaam u Alaikum

Analysis is on a break today...but ...after watching today's episode i am sure abt one thing Asad cannot do a NIKKAH with Tano...as according to the Islamic Laws A man cannot marry a pregnant woman during pregnancy😛...

Due to legitimacy issues even a widow or divorcee can't marry within 4 months of such conditions...

if Tanveer was a wife of Imran then she cannot get divorced as divorce is not valid in gestation period...that 4 month is for any relationship between a man n woman after a woman getting divorced or widow,...and in the mean while if its proven that she is pregnant then no new relation can be built before birth of the child
As far as i know its not possible ...as Divorce is also not valid during the gestation period...

Asad cannot marry Tano so no chance of Billi becoming a Bhabhi😃

Tell Gul that. She has done many illogical things but she can't change the laws of Islam. If Tanveer claims she has divorced her husband then she will need to give evidence that she has been divorced for more than 4 months.
