Meenaskshi tells Subharm not to utter a word about Suhana's pregnancy to anyone. The doctor comes out of Suhana's room and tells Vivek and Ammu everything is fine. As Ammu's enters Suhana's room, she breaks down and asks for forgiveness. When Ammu caals up Meenakshi, Nanda takes the call and before Meenakshi snatches the receiver from her hands, Nanda realises the person speaking on the other side is familiar to her. Ammu tells Meenakshi she wants to meet her, but she refuses. Suhana overhears the conversation and locks herself in a room. Ammu and Alpa see her trying to commit sucide by hanging herself. Ammu breaks in and saves her. She also promises that she need not abort the child and will see to it that the child gets a father's name
