this my theory, we all know nandani was pregnant, well maybe she had a baby girl. now that baby girl, who probally found out everything about ansh, tulsi and the virani's from her mom nandani. now that the girl is all grown up, maybe she just wants some kind of revenge or something from the virani's cuz of what happened to her mom, maybe she really wants to hurt bhoomi and eklavya cuz of what there dad ansh did to her mom. also maybe this daughter is angry b/c bhoomi got all this love from karan while she got nothing despite being karan biological daughter.
