You know what, dogs with rabies are hydrophobic, ie they're scared of water. If she literally tries to drown poor Puchpuch in water, he'll obviously get scared- and then she'll probably try to make them take him down (kill him). A similiar scene was shown in a really cute movie called Beethoven. It's about a family and their pet dog who is called Beethoven.

awww Beethoven was like my fav childhood movie! i had it saved on VCR tapes those days! even the 2nd movie with the bunch of puppies!! hehe made me remember something adorable! thank u 🤗
