first of all i do not agree that she is underrated, she is one of the best tele actresses! but if i was to choose i would choose sanaya, drishti and sakshi over her because all these three excel in every type of scene and give their 110% to the character they r playing..i respect their professionalism!

No she is not. And she has got the career graph to prove it. She is the first Indian television actress I've watched and I must say, leave everything else aside, she is MADE for tragic, heartbreaking roles. I was in awe after watching the last minutes of last friday's episode. Fortunately, I caught it on telly and that made the impact more hard-hitting. Jennifer was beyond-words. She was fire and Gautam, in his numbness, was ice. I'll surely be watching this week's devastating episodes as they air! 👏

I don't think she is an underrated actress . She is immensely popular on television. Her phone convo with Saras on the 5th july episode proved her mantle as an actress . But yes she may come across as the most bashed actress on internet. 😆😆
