DO WE NEED A NEW BANNER???

I say we need a new banner as the old one misses out on better pix that we now have and also doesnt have many new faces!!!
i know this topic once came up, but nobody has done anything about it...
maybe we should take this a liitle more in depth and PLEASE PPL start to make some banners!
i am not good with that stuff...but we have some good designers out there!!
who's in charge of starting the contest?
ps: reth is having one too, astitva just changed and i think jassi jaissi koi nahin did too....we're falling behind!!!
