If you look at this new item, it looks like the TRP system is not all that relevant anymore.

The big channels have all unsubscribed from TRP because they dont think it is doing a good job of rating the shows' popularity. However advertisers still want to rely on it because no alternative system is available right now for measuring viewership. Things are in limbo now, but TRP looks like its on the way out sooner or later.

i want it to go for 6 more months and within these months i want the story to be wrapped up nicely, i would rather see the quality than quantity! don't like the shows that keep going for years, and loose their charm after a while, seems like the cvz r working on the pace and moving the story forward, hope the new twist increases trps!
