why mohan loves megha to impossible extent?

so much pain so much rejection so much disrespect mohan has suffered in last 12 years,but his feelings are still same even more strong for megha.his love for megha looks so real on screen. but i dont get it that how can mohan love megha like worship.whats the reasons mohan never give up and want his love back, do u think mohan's love is blind or it is something else. what u think ?
i know that its just a show ,mohan is just a character but, my heart want to believe the existance of that kind of love .thats why i love mohan like all of you.
