Sweetheart...he won't have a choice but to marry her...cos our Rajputani Jodha is not going to go anywhere with him as long as he does not,with honour and respect,marry her...so he can only dream of having Jodha...if he just wants physical intimacy with her...

But all said and done...i think(a little doubtful myself) he wants to marry her...
