I agree, its time and again shown that Swayam is the most professional out of the lot. He has never allowed any of his personal problems effect the team, this quality was shown in Rey also earlier but off-lately it has vanished.

Swayam and his professionalism :

1) Swayam never ever wanted to compete against his love, Sharon but when he joined the team Weaklings, he never allowed his love to weaken his performance.

2) Swayam was heart - broken during the charity event, Sharon had just told him straight forwardly to keep the book shut, but still he performed and rocked the floor.

3) Swayam was again shaken during the goa trip as Sharon was behaving rudely with him, but he still performed.

4) Swayam did not want to participate in BB match due to personal reasons, but when he decided to coach his frineds, he gave his 100% although he was tensed about why Sharon was avoiding him and his calls.

5) Swayam has been constantly worried and on pressure due to his father in this NDC competition but when it came to performance he performed brilliantly.

6) Swayam was injured befor NDC but when it came to perfomance he rocked the stage as usual.

Rey's unprofessionalism

1) Rey challenging the BB match and then just coz he was confused with Taani, he got de-focused and decided to not play, had to play forcefully due to Amar's injury.

2) Rey deciding not to perform just coz Taani asked him to, leaving his team in the lurch just a day before the quarter final of NDC.

3) Rey again de-focused and has vanished just before NDC finals coz Taani has refused to patch up with him for valid reasons.

let's try our best to put our arguments logically...swayams' decision in ndc was professional coz if one is injured he/she should stay out instead of keeping teams' performance at stake...leaving captaincy due to injury is absolutely professional decision coz if captain is not able to give his 100% due to any reason then he/she MUST quit...leaving this aside swayam gave his 100% in performance despite injury n mental pressure from his father...

2ndly, swayams' condition during bb match n reys' innumerable unfocused mind incidents are way different from each other ...u simply can't compare childhood insecurity n love life problem...there swayam declared in advance that he would not play n backed out in the very beginning instaed of giving false hopes to team..that is what called professionalism...if u are not able do something tell it upfront...that is what swayam did...after he participated he made the whole plan n won the match, kept team together, kept their focus on match instead of engaging in gang wars n throughout led the team keeping all his insecurities aside...that is what professionalism is...on the other hand rey took the challenge n backed out at the last moment in both the cases...that is what unprofessionalism is...n doing it repetitively makes rey even more unprofessional ... sitting back coz of injury is absolutely ok but due to break ups it is not...that is how it is in real life...n cv should stop giving wrong impression...

last professional task rey did was when he kept team together despite differences keeping his turmoil aside after his break up with kria..(dont bring kria v/s tani war here,it was just example of professional behavior.)

lastly this post is not abt swayam v/s rey..it's about professionalism...

Il make one point here abt swayam during BB match... Swayam didn't leave BB match at the last minute! He clearly said that he is not participating at the beginning itself.. So from where does professionalism come? 😕

He didn't like to participate, so he said his decision clear cut even before practices started...

thanks joyee..(I hope I got your name right😳) that is exactly my point...just to defend rey most of the times swayam not participating in bb match is called as unprofessional...if he made it pretty clear in the beginning itself then how come it is unprofessional? It is very much professional...😕 rey might have many amazing things in the past n he was praised for that but what is he doing now is absolutely unprofessional n cv MUST stop justifying n glorifying it in the name of heartbreaks 🤢
