Enjoy- thought of sharing a quick thought i had.
He walked inside his home to the sounds of laughter coming from his Ammi's room upstairs. It didn't take him time to figure out his significant other, yes his pride and better half, was up to her usual dramatic ways giving her mother in law a detailed synopsis of her favorite serial on tv. Of course she added a few shariys- this was Zoya after all!
"Kya bhaat hai?" Asad said staring at his two lovely ladies. "Miss. Far I mean Zoya phirse apni serials recite kaar re hain?" He still had a hard time not calling her Miss Farooqui after all this time!
"Mr. Khan! Mei apse bhat ne kariye hoon Ammi se ok! So chill hum Dhoni aur cricket ke bhaat karthe hain, don't be jealous now that Im giving someone else attention" Zoya laughed and stuck out her tongue as she struggled to get up from Ammi's bed. "Challo walk pe chalte hain."
Dilshad loved watching her son and daughter in law pull each other's legs. These kids still acted like this even in this state.
"Um Zoya app itne deerse chalo gi to hum teen ghate mein vapas be nein a paigye!" Asad looked at his adorable wife and went to help her walk.
"Asad aise halat mein asse nei kaithe" Dilshad said pulling Asad's ear.
"Oh hello you did this to me mister! Don't act smart!" yelled Zoya innocently forgetting that Ammi was right next to her. Asad stopped in his tracks turning a beet red and gave a " really!" look to Zoya. Zoya looked at Asad then Ammi and finally at herself and blushed.
Yes Zoya was eight months pregnant with their first child. For Zoya these days walking looked more like waddling.
Ammi looked at Zoya surprised at her outburst but then started laughing uncontrollably hitting Asad's head lovingly and left the two as she went downstairs.
"Zoya tum be na!" Asad said still blushing as he held her hand as they made their way down the stairs for their mid evening walk before dinner.
The doctor had told them a daily walk was necessary for the mother and baby's health. Asad took all precautions to heart and walking was not going to fall short! Especially when he got to spend quality time with his wife.
Zoya let him lead her down the stairs without teasing him more about blushing as she was doing the same after her own outburst. She loved the way he took care of her and dotted upon her like his princess.
As they made their way out the door. Robert aka Ayaan met them as they were leaving. Ayaan often came to their house for dinner as Dilshad treated him like her own and he could spend some quality time with his sister Najma, his hero Asad and his Mona darling.
"Kya bhat hai Mona darling, itni mooti ho gai ho ki ab bhaijaan ki madad karne lagyi?" This image needed to be captured- the fearless bhabhi who would take help from no one was leaning against her six packs husband for support for a basic thing like walking.
Zoya glared and went to reach for his throat as Asad pulled her back gently.
"Oye meine thume kitne bhar baithye ke Darling ne bholna!" said Asad defensively. Zoya nudged Asad who then also said "Zoya moti nai bhoot khubsurat lage re hai!" Asad said all this robiotically as Zoya looked at him with daggers because he was focused on "darling" and not "mooti" lol
"Robert miya door ro mujse, we are going for a walk aur khuda jaane ke when this baby comes out me tumhe ne choorongi!" Zoya said with a puff as she walked past Ayaan with a stare that made him realize she was all business- still.
Asad looked at his bewildered brother and gave a small laugh. That was like his Zoya, even though she was about to become a mother she was a tigress (with her mouth and in bed) allah miya his thoughts went somewhere else when she called back at him asking where he was lost.
"Remember Mr. Khan I used to run around the lake like all these people, now I can barely walk" sighed Zoya. Don't get her wrong she was very excited to become a mother and care for her precious child but sometimes she felt this was so much more on her body, emotions and state of mind that she felt way overwhelmed. Asad sensed this and said " My beautiful Mrs. Khan you're giving me the best gift in the world, who needs to walk when you have me as a husband?" And with that Asad picked up his very pregnant wife who to him was as light as a feather and started to take a few steps (really getting a good workout) as he brought Zoya closer to the water. He admired the beauty and the strength this girl had. He was smitten. Powerful enough to hold their baby, yet innocent like a baby. He was lucky he found a girl with beauty and brains and used her own mind. She was the apple of his eye and lets not forget with her pregnancy, her curves were more enhanced and well plain sexy. There he was drifting into another land again about to kiss her when…..
Zoya self conscious shouted "Allah Miya put me down Asad- pagal husband!" she hissed and made Asad jump and put her down promptly but not before catching a quick smile that appeared on Zoya's face as his initial words settled in.
"Mr. Khan dekho na paani puri stand be agge!" Zoya did a quick dance as the stand came into view. This was her favorite part about this path they often walked. And again the conversation followed of Asad telling Zoya, these foods were not good for her especially in this condition followed by Zoya pouting and then finally Asad miya giving in. Well today was no different. Zoya proceeded to the and began to take in the yummy gol guppas!
As Zoya enjoyed her quick bite before dinner, Asad sat down and took a look at the water. Beautiful view tonight, well aside from the sight of watching his wife;) He was feeling hot so he took off his blazer to reveal his perfect form underneath his tight white shirt.
Two girls near Asad took in the sight before him and were awe struck! God had done something right with this guy! They were oooing and awing from a far oblivious to Asad who was still staring at the water but not to our lovely Zoya.
Zoya could not believe these two girls! Looking at married man like this! Allah miya ill show these girls thought Zoya. She quickly went to Asad wrapped her arm in a possessive manner and said in a sing song voice "Chailye baby!" Asad who was startled at the sudden amount of love coming his way looked at her with a confused look, not even questioning his Zoya's random acts at this point, but settled on smile as he looked down at Zoya's belly. He began caressing it for a second and got up about to continue their walk. Still unaware of the two girls gawking over him Zoya saw the two girls look at the couple in shock satisfying Zoya. Zoya then looked at Asad thinking this guy is too innocent why do I get jealous and chuckled to herself.
As they were about to continue their walk the two girls came up to the couple and said "You both look so wonderful together, god bless your growing family and congrats." The girls left with a sincere smile. Ok so the hot guy had a wife who was about to give birth, sometimes you have to admire that. Plus it's always a sexy thing to see a caring husband tend to their wives. They left silently walking away hoping they would one day have a love like that.
Asad and Zoya thanked the girls and continued walking looking into each other eyes. Yes they were blessed.
