Part 21

Hugging him Ria said "I Love you Arjun".

Ab der mat kar Arjun, batade dil ki baat, he thought to himself, as she broke the hug and said,

Arjun, I am waiting for your answer.

What answer he asked to tease her a bit.

Huh!! What do you think Mr ACP, at late night, in this party gown and even after proposing you,

you are asking what answer?

One min Ria, he said and moved his hand in his pocket and showed the gift he brought to her, my answer Ria he said.

It had a beautiful Ring, without wasting any second, he went on his knees and holding the ring he said "Ria will you marry me"?

Haan ACP Arjun and Arjun usse Ring pehna deta hai.

Both of them hug each other, on the cold night feeling the warmth of each other. Ria, there is something you must know he said, parting slightly from her.

About Roshni! I know everything she said taking his hands in hers and entwining fingers, Arjun Gauri said me everything, I think we should forget our past, nothing should matter our relationship. I don't want to lose you in my life.

Tonight he was proud for having Ria in his life. Ria and Roshni were completely different in every aspect, but Arjun loved Ria the way she was, innocent, angry at times, loved people around her. He kissed her forehead and embraced her.

Ria tussled on her bed, as every other night, she took her mom's photo moving her fingers over the photo, and slowly slipped into sleep.

Next morning

A new life begins for Arjun and Ria. Like every morning Radha aunty(servant) came to wake up her Ria baby. It was since many days, no one heard the breaking of things in the palace. They all missed it. As she came she saw, Mr Mukjerji caressing Ria, he slowly got up from there and asked Radha to not wake her up. Radha noded and closed the door and went from there. Gauri and krish had packed all the things along with Rathore to take a leave from there. They all bid a buy, Gauri wanted to meet Ria before leaving, but thinking Ria would feel bad and would not let her go, so they rushed from there quickly.

Shree and chotu also joined Rathore. While Arjun told Rathore and Gauri about his love and had decided to stay back.

It was past 8 and Riya finally woke up stretching her arms, and as she woke up she screams calling Radha aunty. When Radha aunty arrives there, Riya shouts on her, aunty why you did not wake me up. You know I won't miss my morning ride, and why was the alarm off. At the same time, Aryan comes there, hearing the loud voices.

Is anything wrong? Ria he asked.

Bhai, nothing I missed my horse riding, I was a bit irritated because I overslept. I am Ok. I will join the breakfast in ten min.

So Finally Arjun proposed you after the party.

Ria was surprised that his brother spotted the ring in her finger and then her slight blush made Aryan happy. Congrats Ria, Happy for you. He just went out of the room. It was from Rathore, he went to his room and switched on his laptop and there was a new case, with no much information for them apart from a photo of girl, whose life was at stake, so Arjun needed to rush back to ETF office. He was packing his bag and when Ria came knocking the door, and was surprised to see him packing.

Are you going Arjun? Everyone went without meeting me once for the last. Ria don't worry I will be back soon, in fact I wanted to stay here, but its urgent so need to go. She thumped upon bed with puppy face, and saw her friend Pooja Sharma's photo on his laptop.

Having ACP as boy friend is not advantageous, you cannot hide anything, and specially someone like Arjun, she said and continued, you have my friend's photo with you, you bought my brother back, and what else you checked in about me huh!!

Arjun caught the first line, he quickly asked back, which friend?

She turned the lapi and pointed to photo on screen and said Pooja Sharma, my best friend, who came back from London, I don't know why she could not make it on my birthday.

Ria, don't panic and listen to me carefully, her life is as risk. We received a phone from commissioner sir an hour before. Only you can help us Ria. Tell me all that you know about Pooja. Do you have a Photo of her with family? He asked.

Ria din't knew how to react, she was completely shocked, why would someone harm her, she does not even stay here? Arjun please take me to her, I know where she stays. Sharma uncle is papa's business associate. And we were childhood friends, but time separated us, she wanted to work with the research team in US..

Riya went to her room, packed some of her stuff, and convinced her parents that, she wanted to enjoy and go on a trip for days. Mr Mukherji and Aryan was not so convinced about it, but for Riya, they let her go.

Papa and bhai, don't worry about me, Arjun and his friends are joining me too.

Ohh so it was all planned huh! Aryan said hitting on her head. Mr Mukherji understands and says, enjoy your trip and please keep calling us he said. It was evening and she was waiting for Arjun to come and take her, she wanted to see her best friend as soon as possible.

Soon Arjun came and Riya took blessings of her father and asked the servant to keep the luggage in car. Arjun was shocked seeing the stuff Ria was carrying with her, and both of them left from there.

Mr Mukherji, Aryan mujhe kuch ajeeb lag raha hai, why is she going with them, all I wish for is, Riya don't get into any trouble now, she deserves only happiness.

Papa, not to worry, it is not strange, Arjun and Riya are in love, may be they wanted to spend some time going outdoors. They are not alone, they going along with many others he said.

It was raining outside; Riya opened the window and waved her hands outside holding the water droplets, forgetting the tensions that arose in their lives. Arjun remembers the first time he saw Riya was something similar, but in present day Riya was with him and not handcuffed. Riya do you remember,

How I behaved with you on the first day? Ofc I do, you locked me up in the car, she said blushing. After travelling a while they finally reach Arjun's house. Rathore and Shree waiting outside for Arjun.
