There Geet had gone to a convent and was looked after kindly by nuns...actually it was a nun who knew her from her colege days...I don't find this as a connection that Z has past connections with this orphanage..just the thought that she'd run away to an orphanage- when her heart is briken..also there, it was not her hero who had betrayed her, it was an unworthy boy friend!😆
