Bhoomi finds out the truth from Bablu - that Shefali herself did the accident
Shefali finds out the truth that Bhoomi is fine
Shefali is still asleep, but moving, Baisa, Savita and Ghanu Kaka are worried, what if Bhoomi does not return and Shefali gets up. Baisa calls Bhoomi and tells her to get home soon as Shefali can wake up anytime.
Bhoomi is on the road somewhere, Arjun's car has broken down and he is just diagonally opposite, but they don't see each other. Arjun calls Bhoomi, she is hesitant to take his call, but does so. Arjun tells her to give him his mechanics number, then asks her why is there so much noise around. Bhoomi tells him she is near the balcony.
Shefali is about to get up, but the trio try and put her to sleep again, Shefali keeps saying she has to keep an eye on Bhoomi, but they somehow manage to put her to sleep again.
Bhoomi sits in the taxi and Arjun sees her.
Bhoomi returns home and lies down in the bed with the plasters, Shefali wakes up and sees that Bhoomi is there, Baisa tells Shefali to go to her room and rest. Bhoomi tells Baisa about Bablu and Arjun calling her.
Arjun is in the office, Keshav comes there (after a long time Keshav is back), he asks about Bhoomi, Arjun tells him she is getting better and decides to call her Dr. Kerawala to find out. Arjun calls the doctors office, but the assistant tells him that the doctor does not have any patient by the name of Bhoomika Goenka. Arjun is surprised but Keshav tells him that she must be going to another doctor.
Bhoomi tells Baisa that she cannot hide the truth from Arjun any longer, I am fine and he is worrying so much about me. Baisa tells her that they need to expose Shefali, and if she felt that Arjun would support her (Bhoomi) then it would be OK to tell him everything, but somehow she feels that Arjun would not support them.
Bhoomi gets a call from Bablu, he tells her to come to a certain restaurant and he will wait if she comes right away (by voice I can tell its Shish on the phone). Bhoomi decides to go meet Bablu. As Bhoomi gets ready to meet Bablu, Baisa sees Shefali approaching, Bhoomi back to bed. Shefali enters, sits on the chair and gets a call. Shefali tells them that she has to leave for some work and will be back in a couple of hours. Baisa is happy. Bhoomi is a little worried and senses something wrong somewhere, but Baisa urges her to go and meet Bablu as they need to expose Shefali.
Bhoomi is waiting for Bablu at the restaurant, Bablu call her and tells her he just found out that she wants to meet him. Bhoomi tells him that he called and has not shown up himself. Bablu tells her that he did not call her and if she wants to see him, he will come right away. After the call Bhoomi thinks again, that she received a call but Bablu did not call. A legal consultant of Arjun comes there and wishes Bhoomi.
Arjun comes home and is walking towards his room, Baisa stops him from going in, he tells Baisa he just wants to see Bhoomi then leave for office, Baisa gets angry at him, tells him to let Bhoomi sleep and see her in the evening. Arjun leaves.
Bablu reaches the restaurant, Bhoomi tells him she had some work with Reshma. Bablu tells her that Shefali had work with Reshma, used her and then double crossed her, he is reluctant to help Bhoomi. Bhoomi tells him he believes in Lord Krishna and so does she, and she would not let any harm come to him or Reshma. Bablu agrees to help Bhoomi.
Bhoomi asks him to tell her how Shefali used Reshma, Bablu tells her everything, in the end he says that Shefali setup Reshma in your accident case. Bhoomi says "setup". Bablu tells her that Shefali herself did the accident. Bhoomi is surprised.
Shefali is there in the restaurant with a smile on her face. (I don't remember if they showed it in the precap or in today's epi).

Bhoomi asks Bablu if he would tell this to her husband, Bablu tells her he would tell anyone she wants as long as no harm comes to him or Reshma.
