"I am bored of people calling me sexy, says Sangeeta Ghosh, she of the almond-shaped eyes, long hair and a body to die for. At a time when women were draped from head-to-toe in a sari, she got men drooling over her sexy kurtas and salwars in Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chaand. Now, she's raising the TRPs with her sensuous bedroom scenes in primetime soap Virasat, which has definitely marked a first for Indian television.
"I don't play regular women, and that's what makes people sit up and take notice. The characters have a lot of attitude, which is why they look so sexy on screen."
Off the screen, the actor admits to being an absolutely moody dresser who hates hanging out with strangers. "I do not like getting stressed out on a day off from work." What she does like is chilling at home and eating food cooked by her mom.

This dusky beauty left a lot of fans disappointed when she, along with boyfriend and fellow actor Gaurav Chopra, was voted out by her co-contestants in Nach Baliye II, Star One's reality dance show.
Narayani is quite catty about their dismissal. "We were voted out by stupid contestants who felt threatened." The candid and open woman was a stage actress before she began doing television four years ago. She debuted in Kahani Saat Pheron Ki on Doordarshan.
Her unusual, dusky looks and long hair that cascades down to her waist, has won her a lot of male admirers. "But men don't approach me, I seem to appear pretty stand-offish to them. I am a reserved person and take my time getting to know people."
