hey i know it's not related to Kajjal but please give a good reply.i can't visit the disscussion forum.I would like to be slim when i go to school.MY goal is to lose 3 pounds in 1 week.
lol i think theyre going to close this topic.. but excersize.. jog.. drink lots of water.. it all depends on your age and your body type though.. dont eat a lot of carbs.. like bread and rice and that stuff.. get 3 servings of veggies and.. 3 fruits.. and at least 8 glasses of water... a glass of milk or some low fat diary product.. like skim cheese.. only a little bit.. like the length of your finger.. make sure you get protein (meat).. and excersize!
