Ayaan has again proved that he is but a self-centered kid who thinks he knows his bhaijaan "more than anybody else" when in fact all he does is judge him by his own standards.
No wonder, this is the same Ayaan who dared calling Asad sautela when Asad refused to bail Rashid, though Asad is always ready to kill and die for Ayaan; not once did he try to see things from Asad's perspective.
Then it took a Zoya to convince him that his bhaijaan was indeed heartbroken for not attending his engagement--- Ayaan, don't you know why Asad could not possibly go to that house!?
And now, he contends, in front of the sibblings, that his bhaijaan must have slept with Tanveer to avoid a marriage that "was forced upon him (by Dilshad)!?" Really Ayaan??
First, he obviously he doesn't know Dilshad well enough to believe that she could possibly allow her ego to overrule her son's happiness, but to misunderstand bhaijaan?
Had Ayaan really known his bhaijaan "more than anybody else," as he claims, he would have insisted that his bhaijaan is incapable of such a cheap act. Besides, did he forget that Razia has tried playing the same trick on him with Humeira?
What Ayaan COULD have said is that,
- his bhaijaan is a mature man who addresses his problems instead of running away from them. Didn't he urge Ayaan to tell everyone about setting Imran's car on fire?
- his bhaijaan's life revolves around his family and he would never dream of disgracing them, ever!
-his bhaijaan has witnessed his ammi's pain as an abandoned woman for too long, to inflict the same type of suffering on ANY woman!
But But more importantly, had he really known his bhaijaan, Ayaan should have realized that Asad loves Zoya---just like Dilshaad did!
Ayaan's (and Nikkhat's btw) judgment of Asad is based on their own narrow outlook; they are not capable of seeing beyond their personal situations. This is in itself reveals an outstanding contrast of Dilshad's parenting v/s Shireen's!!
Though the last episode was terribly irritating with it's lengthy sequences of Ayaan's phycho-family, especially when viewers were desperate to see more of AsYa, the CV's did a great job at revealing quite a lot about Rashid's household members' characters!
Dilshad, you may have lost a battle against Shireen (I still can't get over Dilshad losing her 10-day challenge) but you can by no means lose the war!!
