John says no to Anuj
TV actor Anuj Saxena was spotted entering John Abraham's house early last week. For those wondering why , our sources say that Anuj is hunting for a hero for his brand new company Maverick Productions' first feature film. Apparently Saxena wanted to cast John Abraham for his thriller venture because of the latter's popularity post Kaal. Saxena even had a meeting with the hunk at his residence to give him the narration. Unfortunately John had to turn the offer down despite liking the subject of the film. Reason? No it wasn't the cliched money matter. Incidentally, John date dairy is booked till October 2007. So, Anuj is has now approached Vivek Oberoi. One thing that he and his company are adamant about is the quality and not commercial viability. Why else would Jimmy Shergill be considered for another project that Maverick is producing? Actor, businessman or a producer... What would Anuj see himself as? It is about time he found an answer.
