Hi. I hope you have noticed that they only tell you how many Army soldiers died. Did they ever tell you how many people they have killed? Most of the USA News (CNN... etc) you watch they are biased because they are owned by that country.

Bush killed so many people when will his day come. How cum the whole world is blind and can't see his sins he has done. First it was Vietnam.. Then Afghanistan.. Now Iraq.. Later....

You never know whatz next... We are the ones who are letting them do this. They have killed so many people but we didnt stop them we are just letting them kill more.. N how true is the news on TV??? N if it is true whatz da proof? They show you the same scenes over n over...

That's what happens in war. People kill each other. Do you think Iraqi news report on how many US soldiers get killed? I don't think so.

I don't support Bush. But at least he didn't order a massacre on his own people. Unlike Saddam.

I repeat: it's called war. People die in wars. And yes, as a matter of fact, it IS easier for me to accept. If Bush had ordered to kill his own people, that would have been a different story and he'd deserve to be hanged as well.

The only reason I can think of about why someone would side with Saddam is that their either dead-set against the US or the Shiite people he killed. Plenty of people in the world who hate both of them.

People will take any chance they can get to bash the US. It's sickening.

Where is this number coming from?

FYI, to give you a perspective

  • Iran-Iraq war ran for 8 years, had chemical and all sorts of warfare mechanisms used

375,000 Iraqies dead

500,000 Iranians dead

  • When US bombed Japan

Nagasaki had 75,000 dead

Hiroshima 80,000

  • In the 4 India-pak wars the total casualties on both the sides do not exceed 50,000

This war has hardly gone on for about 1 1/2 year, how does one come up with 750,000 numbers?

https://www.antiwar.com/casualties/

Even a hardline antiwar movement puts that # at 57,000, which seems on the highside too, but is still nothing compared to the 750,000 you are quoting

Also, everyone knows CNN is biased. Even the US civilians will tell you CNN (left sided) is biased. SO is FOX (right sided). The only way to get the truth is read both sides and then form an opinion.

Absolutely!
Infact when we hear indian news channel report that pakistani so-n-so shot down iNdian so-and-so, we outght to hear the Pakistan TV news too for the same incident, then only we can form a judgement which is not leaning towards any one side.

BTW Shama, welcome here!! 😃 .IN gagn's going to get stronger, esp in DM section 👏

Absolutely. As they say, "There are two sides to every story. Then there's the truth" 😉

I was wondering the same thing, the estimate for solider casulaties has risen to 3000, but there is never anything said about the Iraqi citizens. There are reports of attacks by insurgents and the devastation of it to the soliders but never anything about any innocent civilans harmed... that is something to question, and I personally believe it to be misleading and insulting to the citizens of country who are sending their sons/daughters, brothers/sisters, fathers/mothers, to protect those people.
