I think he was just pushing d matter pretending to abduct away d wife to test d husband's love n dedication 4 d wife. He wanted to prove hw fickle their relationship is n he ws right, sadly.

Ummm... Ofcourse he disrespected women. He had a harem with hundreds if not thousands of women! Maybe he respected them in his own way. But seriously we read like 10 pages on him in our history books. What do we know??
And seriously why even care? Enjoy the show as it comes. And it's not like women are respected even today.

Am I the only one who thinks Rajat took the role because it is negative? After PRC and Dharamveer, that would be a change.Playing the hero all the time would have put him one particular category only. I have a feeling he wants to show his acting skills.
