I think they will lose the MultiNational company's contract and Saras will be blamed by LN. He will leave the house on account of that and try to get to Kumud... but will not reach her on time. Going by the novel...

I will not watch if they are separated.

If they go be novel then this show may not run for long.
I feel saras will not go to Dubai.He will miss the flight.

either way he has to come back, according to the novel and book he leaves everything and comes back to ratnagiri, and learns that kumud is married off to pramad, then he looks for a job and gets a job at kumud's in laws where their love rekindles, and that is when their real story of love and sacrifice starts..
