TM Is Topic Maker , You should get used to the abbreviation , and it is used as generic term on most notes since members tend to rename their usernames occasionally..And will refer you by your username here onward if u insist

I am part of this forums Development Team ie.. Moderator Group . I have an authority to mediate disputes and post warnings on threads which tend to get into heated arguments

Ohk fine if you thought that I should not use the words like moron and brainless but I tbink the one who started it should be given this in a private message(Disha15) , the one who threatened me...

Why would you assume Dev team has isolated you ? All members who break rules in this forum will be dealt with. And since such differences is part of open forum , open warnings serve as a reminder not just for one member but for all who read posts so they get familiar with rules of the forum.

Thirdly if you are in management or something then atleast be sensible enough to warn someone through a private message, not humiliating them publicly...

Had members not resorted to name calling each other in public, a public warning would not have been necessary. Its better to be transparent , so members will not feel DT is biased or ignore complaints. And I could say the same..You have posted this on your thread , while you could have PMed me regarding moderation issues.
