Sonam, Farhan & Milkha Singh launch the trailer of

The lead cast of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" - Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor were seen at trailer launch event today.Milkha Singh on who the movie is based on was also present.

Sonam Kapoor was teary-eyed at the promo and music launch of her film "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag", and said she was emotional because of the effort put into the film.

Milkha Singh said, "The coming generation does not know about Milkha Singh. I hope that they see this movie and get inspired to take part in the Olympics and make their country proud,"

He also revealed that he was approached by three to four directors to make a film on his life story. "Three to four directors approached me saying that they wanted to make a film on my story. My son was there when Rakeysh-ji (Omprakash Mehra) came and he decided that I should make it with him," he said.

Produced and directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag", the story of legendary athlete Milkha Singh, stars Farhan Akhtar and Sonam. The film is all set to release on July 12.
