Based on the promo, two things come to my mind:
1) The promo is misleading (like the Dilshaad chooses Tannu as Asad's bride one) and the whole factory fiasco happens after the Nikaah. That way, Tanveer will stay true to her words that Zoya might get married to Asad but only Billi will be successful in producing little kittens.
or...
2) The factory fiasco already happened and Asad refuses to get married because of his guilt. But that doesn't make sense because Zoya was at the factory too. The promo could be just symbolic of what's going to happen. So here it represents Asad's refusal to say Qubool Hai.
