Career:
Tushar Kalia began his dancing career as a specialist in Mayur Bhanj Chhau, Kalari and contemporary dance under the guidance and direction of Shri Santosh Nair, the creative director of 'Sandhya Unit of Performing Arts' and then went on to become the academy's senior most member, choreographer and prinicipal male dancer. He is also trained in the Aerial techinque under Canadian based choreographer Brandy Leary. He has performed and worked with international choreographers for a production in Birmingham that performed 25 shows all across Europe titled "Motherland". He also played the lead role in Game of Dice and received accolades and rave reviews in Brazil, Oslo, Trinidad and Tobago. He was also a part at the opening ceremony of the commonwealth games held in India.
