TB performance was not 'original'!

Hey Guys,

I watched yday's performance (choreo+couple dances). Must say HuTi rocked as usual!!

In the first few rounds I used to vote for TB but frm the past 4-5 rounds I have realized that they aren't that great...I mean they both are good dancers no doubt (good synch, energy etc)..But over the weeks I realized they
1) Repeat steps too often (which many of us here have noticed as well) and
2) They are like OVER-hyper and OVER-energetic which is not needed All the time.

I was very disappointed at the judges after watching TB's performance on Kambakht Ishq. I don't know HOW the judges could say that it was 'original'..they are completely biased here. TB's performance was anything BUT original.

-The whole concept of the 'wild'-dance was a complete rip off from HuTina's "Berang Zindagi" infact they had some very similar steps (Tina was on Hussain's back like a cat and Tanaaz did the same thing in their performance)
-The use of the red cloth at the beginning of the dance was also a copy from last week's Tina's performance!! The only difference was the diff. in color!! I mean there were SOOO many similarities and yet the judges said it was 'original'!! That really put me off!!

Also, in the regional episode where TB had scored low points because they had done a baddd mix n match of all types of south indian dances...I felt even there they REALLY tried to re-enact what Manav Shweta had done the previous week (when they both were painted in gold).

Basically, I think Mini actually is not a great choreographer, she has got so far because TB are GOOD DANCERS and are in synch..had she been with a bad couple who couldn't dance well..she would have been out long time back coz I don't think she has very creative ideas.

So that was my point of view...What do you guys think???? Anyone here agree or disagree?? Would like to hear your views too!! Thanks! :)

i didnt get wat their concept was all about...

newcomer, heroine?? they didnt put much emphasis on that...they shuda shown sumthing about the newcomer and heroine....just the dialogues in the begining wasnt enuff 😕

and it was shown to be like a shooting of a movie...i didnt see wat was so special about it being a shooting....it was just a dance performance...in the begining they used sum dialogues...den in the end....but the whole performance was just dancing...it really had nothign to do with a shooting...and the props...those can be used for any dance performance...not just a shooting...and the camera stuff that was used...was just showpiece...they didnt even use that...

and i agree...watching their performance reminded me ALOT of huti's berang zindagi....i dont noe why the judges didnt point that out... 😕

really..i found nothing special about their performance...i didnt understand the newcomer, heroine, shooting concept.. 😕

Yeah right, when the judges mentioned that TB concept was also good, I was like huhhhhh.. concept what concept, I absolutely didnt get any concept from their dance. What judges saw they only know. Their dance is always the same and this time also it was the same. I agree the Tanaz was copying tina when she got on bahk back.My mom also says that they are always similar.. so doesnt make a difference whether she watch or not.. 😆

i agree...they alweays do the same thing...same style..just a lot of energy and fast steps...they have good sync...but they should be more creative n try sumthing different... i wonder y the judges dont point that out... while they criticized gauri n yash so much

I dont agree with you guys....I would say that TB has reached to a point where their performances have started looking a lil Saturated...I think it happens with all gud performers.....

Also no one is copying each other....remember TB Kal Ho na Ho instrumental performance....now will u say that HT copied them in their DTPH instrumental performance...cmon guy...I think TB are really gud....but it looks like Bakhtiyar has become a lil frustated n desperate after judges negative comments....

I too feel that HT will win this competetion....but dont say that TB are not gud or they copied......cmon.....

But the worst part is all 3judges sed d same thng i mean atleast one would hav sed tht it was repitative?but NONE 😕

im replying so late but very well said fishie,i dun like TB 4 the same 2 reasons uve ptd out..i dun say TB/Minni are bad but their getting repeatedly undeserving praise from judges irked the audience.i dun say they copied but Tahnaaz was too wild(more than necessary)..nice that they were out..
