Least favorite would be Sidney Sheldon series :/ And Fifty shades Series. Someone recommended me and well can't even be classified as literature. Such poor writing and so graphic. Couldn't even get halfway to 1st of trilogy :/

How can someone lump twilight and Jane Eyre in the same bracket. Former is rubbish while latter is a rare gem.😕

^ Exactly. 😆 I mean seriously Twilight and Jane Eyre? :O Jane Eyre is a good novel. It got me hooked the first time I read it. One thing I like about this book is that it is very accessible. It's a classic of British lit, but you don't need to be a lit major to understand and appreciate it. It's just a great story. It's definitely somewhat dark, but it's also hopeful and sometimes funny while Twilight is just, blah. 🥱

I have found many people who don't like Jane Eyre, though I can't seem to figure out why. I felt it had all the elements of a really good story: empowered heroine, a sad backstory, unconventional love story, a touch of the supernatural, good suspense, love lost & found, and a happily ever-after. It may be dark but aren't a good many books today?

Hmm... My least fav book? I'd say, a tie between Twilight and Fifty Shades Grey- in both cases, a flimsy storyline and a rather weak heroine.

Both cases made me want to puke and yes permanent brain damage :/ How I wish I had never read them!
