On many forums, i have seen many posts regarding some shastris and astrologers for vashikaran and all, can anyone pls ban such members...

These guys are spammers. If you see such threads, then just PM a DT of the forum or (given that DTs are not around at this time), PM Vijay bhai for direct removal or a coolbie who can request for the threads to be removed.

Such posts along with IDs are banned as soon as any of the DT members find it .Incase you find such posts just report it . It will be trashed directly.
