Stripping of last name of RK-this is something which is not possible even in imagination and when it comes to legal claim over RK's property then:

1. If it's RK's personal property then this Gangster has no claim at all

2. If it's MK's property then also unless and until it is personally earned by him then only gangster has any claim otherwise illegitimate child has no right over the ancestral property of parents, they have claim only over personal assets of parents.
