Even as writer-director Rajkumar Hirani scripts the third episode of the hugely successful 'Lage Raho Munnabhai', titled 'Munnabhai Goes To America', there seems to be a request from none other than American actor George Clooney knocking on producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra's door.
Of course, it's not all that direct, but apparently the Hollywood superstar has expressed a desire to watch 'Lage Raho Munnabhai'. When contacted, director Raj Kumar Hirani sounded reluctant but said, "Nothing has been confirmed as yet. When things work out we'll definitely let you know." According to a source, Sanjay Dutt had called Hirani to inform him that the Hollywood actor had expressed such an interest. A friend of Dutt, who knows a friend of Clooney had passed on the message to Dutt.
So, it can be safely assumed that the makers will do everything possible to ensure that a special screening is soon arranged for Clooney on American shores.
