for a minute I thought no she's not going to leave because Sultan will come there and confront RK and the family with the revelations of his parentage. But I just remembered something that spoiler that after the rituals at home, RK takes her to the studio and he sarenades Madhu to "tum jo mil gaye ho". The rituals are finished today, and the talks with Dipali and Sikky leaving are happening, Sikky seeks Madhu's help to stay in the house and in the precap they show Madhu taking Dipali by her arm and planning to throw her out, that is exactly what Dipali did to her and she fell in RK's arms during Shamsher Malik revelation that he was the assassin who tried to kill RK. So they have not gone to the studio yet this is all happening before the tum jo mil gaye ho dance sequence, so yes Dipali will go, I think Sikky will stay, before he said he is willing to leave Dipali and he should stay in the house, when he was begging holding RK's leg last time, so again this time he will say he knew nothing about Sultan being the person in the room as Dipali manipulated everything for him to go in there.

Perhaps one of the gifts the fans suggested for Madhu from RK was for Dipali to leave the house, and it's getting fulfilled.

They will need the space because Sultan, Meera and Aryan are coming there to live...RK's place is really just a luxury apartment, perhaps a penthouse apartment with huge proportions but still how many rooms do theyr have to accommodate the new family plus themselves, not much.

Also if one enemy leaves the house and one enters, I think now Sultan will become a thorn in RK's side, also that Senior Mr.Bhatia might become the well wisher on their side against RK's side never know what they have planned, under those circumstances perhaps Dipali will be the one plotting from the outside of house now. But she does make a good enemy on the inside, but what could stop Madhu throwing her out just then? If it's not Sultan just yet with the Mohan Kundra is his father revelation?

Perhaps Radha or Senior Mr.Bhatia will turn up to stop them.

i think Madhu will take her out of home and will ask her to come inside and start a new life, as she is doing

Or it could be a dream sequence. I kind of hope it isn't though, she's been getting caught several times with her schemes and they choose to do nothing, at the end of the day they can't just keep givingempty threats because Sikpali won't take them seriously if they keep saying you will leave this house and they always manage to stay anyway, it's like encouragement to them to keep on with their schemes.

Madhu may be an angel but RK is not. He is right Kameena and is quite capable of throwing her out. Since Madhu is being RK for the night, she will do exactly what RK would have done. RK being Madhu is going to generously let Sultan and is ever expanding family stay is his Dhramshala. So bhabhi out and bhaiyya in. Welcome to the circus called MEIEJ.
