Rk looked up from the bed and watched madhu as she removed her earings and put them on the dressing table.She setteled on the couch aand paused for a minute ...Rk crossed his finger under the comfoter hoping for her to turn and look at him once.,but to his dismay she laid down and closed her eyes.
Rk got up and sat without making any noise.He got up and kneeled before Madhu ,He sat watching her sleep .he slowly touched her forehead to caress her ,she flinched and drew back in sleep...Rk felt his hands freeze and tears pooling in his eyes. He got up and walked out to the terrace.His mind flashed back to the events which had happend after their marraige...
FLASHBACK
Ihe had learnt about Mohan Kundra's betrayal his heart and mind refused to call him a father...Sultan and Meeraji moving into the mansion.Sultan's prescence and the relevation about his so called father had made Rk push Madhu away from him.He stayed away from her and never even spoke properly to her.Madhu being her was very understanding and had given him his space.Things were bad but it turned worse when he saw Madhu holding Sultan's voice and telling him something in a very teary voice.Rk had reacted out of animalistic urge and started making things really worse for Madhu to live... his anger covering the undying love he had for her...fighting,taunting ,accusing and one night he pratically forced himself upon her under the influence of drinks...
Everything changed that one night,though radhaji rescued Madhu on time before he did anything,madhu was no longer herself after that.She avoided him as much as possible,spoke near to nothing.things cleared when rashid was caught and the complete truth was learnt...The truth changed Meera's way of looking at the Kundra's .They bonded well and in all this Madhu stayed away from everyone completely.
it was one day when Rk along with his ma and meera entered the kitchen only to be shocked as the trio found Madhu looking at her bleeding wrist calmly and completely e xpressionless.
Rk had grabbed madhu and made her sit as he slowly bandaged her hands.
Rk-"What is this Madhu cant u watch what u are doing?"
Madhu stayed quite and remained so no matter what all of them around her asked.That was the first time All realized something was wrong with her...
END OF FLASH BACK
The doctors told him that she was suffering from depression .rk looked back to madhu who was asleep .He had brought her far away from home.They were in Shimla and nothing had changed ...Rk closed his fists and let the tears down from his eyes.He couldn't cry for himself now.he only hoped he was NOT TOO LATE
