RK mansion does not belong to Mohan Kundra. It is RK and RK money.

Why he has to take care of Meera or Sultan. I think somebody else is playing game to emotional black mail RK as he is very emotional about his dad and try to get money. It could be Kuku Bhatia with the help of Rasheed. They are also using Sultan for the power.
