hie guys!! I saw the article which says dat Mr.Mohan Kundra married Meeraji (Sultan's mom)before marrying Radhaji (RK's mom)😡 then who is really najayaz RK or Sultan??😕

Law kya kehta hai??

Firstly we are not sure whether MK's marriage with Meera is registered.. I am sure CV's wont show that... so lets forget it.

Secondly, even if MK married meera, as per the law if the wife goes missing for more than 5 years and if the husband is remarried then his first marriage will be nullified... You cant return to ur husband and his family any time in ur life and claim that nahi nahi woh mera pati hai n all... neither people accept it nor court...😊

In the show, meera went missing for 30 long years, her marriage with MK is nullified long back...So even if Sultan n meera goes to court , court supports Radha, NOT Meera.

So if you ask me who is MK's legal wife, i can surely say Radha is his legal wife.. NOT Meera... I have given this info purely based my knowledge on Law and not a biased opinion...

Law kehhta hai thAt 2nd marriage is illegal in India.. IF and only if Meera was married to Mohan before he married Radhaji, then his 2nd marriage to Radha is illegal.. And RK is illegitimate 😊

I always called MK as an illegitimate dad, when the twist was revealed.

Ideally, a child should not be called illegitimate, a parent should be. Because a child is not responsible for his existence the parents are.

As much as I hate Gangu, I will always call MK as his illegitimate dad. Not the other way round.

Now MK is dead, so there is no defendant party if Goldie wanna file a case. He can still figure out something in the court of law. But that will not change RK's status.

Because MK's legally wedded wife was Radha, and he himself accepted RK to be his son in the society. Now, that he is dead, no one question RK's paternity. If he was alive, things might have been different.

Furthermore, Meera was missing and actually, has lost her mental balance. This is a reasonable ground for dissolution of marriage, if it existed. But how will Meera prove her wedding, especially when MK is not there to defend himself.

And, whatever RK is because of his own grit n hard work. Not because he is a ''Kundra'. Everything he has is his own hard earned money. All respect he gets is as 'superstar RK', not as MK's son. He is the one who keeps glorifying his father.

So, only Najayaz is MK, not RK nor that Gangu!
