No, i definitely remember that Sumeet said in one of the scenes that Vikram was a Neurosurgeon.. They used this term , i am sure... So i bet he was not shown as a general surgeon... 😆😆😆

Poor ritu, she would have been alive today, if she had consulted a specialist ,a cancer specialist... 😭😭
