Hairy scary: Mona Singh

Mona immediately called the Subway station at Infinity mall from where she'd ordered her sub but she met with a stern response, "Some guy named Imran on the line just banged the phone on me. He didn't even bother to check what my issue was. When I did manage to get my message across, he coldly told me there wasn't anything he could do. This was one of the rudest experiences in my life."

Having a habit of always opening up her sandwich before taking a bite, Mona says she is put off by the idea of ordering food. "It just came to my mind that I open up the sandwich and check it. If I hadn't, I think it would have turned out to be a bigger disaster." The actress adds that the incident has put her off take out meals. "I have just stayed away from placing an order for food. It just repulses me big time."

Bad attitude

Mona is upset about the attitude of customer care department of Subway. "It's unbelievable how they reacted to my complaint. This experience has actually opened up my eyes." The actress now plans to switch over to vada pao since it's more bankable. "At least they make a vada pao in front of your eyes, so the chances of it going wrong are less. I don't think I would order a Subway for a long time."
