Yash was confused at the behavior of Aarthi. He didn't know what she is doing. She only came and talk to him if necessary and it's only about the kids. Whenever he went to kids' room she moved from there in the pretext of work.

One day he heard her talking to her mother about visiting a doctor. He was curious as to what happened to Aarthi. He went to her and decided to ask her.

Yash: Aarthiji, What happened to you? Are you sick? Why do you want to consult a doctor?

Aarthi was scared when she saw Yash and didn't know what to do. When he questioned her she realized that he has only heard the last part and she sighed in relief.

Aarthi: I can't say about it to you Yashji.

Yash was confused and hurt but thought that it must be some female thing. When he offered her to drop her she politely replied that she has asked her mother to pick her up. He was again hurt but then he thought that may she was comfortable with her mother only and that's why she didn't even take Bhabhi or Paridi with her.

Aarthi was heart broked hearing the words of doctor. She has complication in hr oregnanccy and the best way is to abort the child. But she was not ready for it and argued about it to doctor for an alternative method. At last doctor talked about the painful surgery and she readily agreed to it. But the doctor informed about her husband's approval she knows that it will never happen. She heartbrokenly went to her home.

She started thinking for some time and she decided to give it a chance. She will talk to yashji about the pregnancy and complication. But each time she tried she failed miserably.

Soon there was a function at house for the well being of their kids. Gayathri informed her daughter-in-laws about the ritual and asked them to tie coins in their sari according to the number of children and keep fast for them. She along with others went for the Pooja and did as her mother-in-law told her. But she tied fourth coin in her sari without anyone noticing for the well being of her child in her womb.

Aarthi heard that a pregnant lady can have water in the fast and she took her medicine with water. When she was about to take i she saw Yash and she felt that he will be angry. Instead he asked herself to take care of her in order to take care of kids and made her take the medicine.

Yash was with Aarthi for the rituals and saw the forth knot in her sari and felt anger rising inside him. He never wanted a child from her and here she is wishing for a fourth child. So when Aarthi came to the room. He asked her whether she is pregnant and he lashed out on her saying that what happened that night was a sin and he doesn't want a child with her. Aarthi was shattered and don't know what to do. Yash didn't wait for her reply and stormed out.

She waited till her mind became calm and started thinking about what to do. She thought that Yash won't accept the child and if he does then he will not love the child but take him as a responsibility. She was sure that the moment he hear about the complication he will be happy to abort the child. Aarthi was in dilemma about the future of her child.
