I have noticed that the Qubool Hai forum is over flowing with writing talent. 😃

So I am here to dish out a couple of tips that would help you write better and attract more readers! 😳

This is EXCLUSIVELY for the Qubool Hai Forum

Tip # 1 Please use a font that looks good.

Eg: "You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth."

Or

"You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth."

Tip # 2 Keep your text in black. It is more appealing than having multiple colors!

Eg: "You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth."

Or

"You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth."

Tip # 3 Give proper spacing after paragraphs and sentences.

Eg: "You should date a girl who reads.Date a girl who reads. Date a girl who spends her money on books instead of clothes, who has problems with closet space because she has too many books. Date a girl who has a list of books she wants to read, who has had a library card since she was twelve.Find a girl who reads. You'll know that she does because she will always have an unread book in her bag. She's the one lovingly looking over the shelves in the bookstore, the one who quietly cries out when she has found the book she wants. You see that weird chick sniffing the pages of an old book in a secondhand book shop? That's the reader. They can never resist smelling the pages, especially when they are yellow and worn. She's the girl reading while waiting in that coffee shop down the street. If you take a peek at her mug, the non-dairy creamer is floating on top because she's kind of engrossed already. Lost in a world of the author's making. Sit down. She might give you a glare, as most girls who read do not like to be interrupted. Ask her if she likes the book.Buy her another cup of coffee."

Or

Tip # 4 Use alignments like centre, right or left. The OS/SS/FF looks neat.

Tip # 5 Try to see if you can write in English as more number of readers will be able to read and enjoy your work! **

Tip # 6 See if you can make or request a banner for your OS/SS/FF. It is more appealing to readers!

Tip # 7 Create an Index for SS/FF in the second post so readers can just click and go on to the next chapter. **

Tip # 8 Try updating regularly as then readers will have a lot of enthusiasm to read your work. **

** Very important

If I remember anymore I will keep adding them!

Good luck to all the writers on the forum!

I totally agree with u on this. Multiple colors are confusing at times😕.
And even the very small fonts are disturbing to read even if the story is amazing. It's just a turn off especially when everything is impact. The index is also a good help and guide to the chapters... because i hate searching alll the amount of pages there are for the next chapter
And i understand that most people are busy but when they take extra long to update people actually forget the track of the story because i'm sure thats not the only story they are reading on this forum...🤔

So thank u for posting this!! Hope some writers will understand...

You've listed very good points, and while I cannot say much because I am not a writer, from a reader's perspective, if every writer made the effort to implement these points in their stories, it'd make them even more enjoyable to read! Every single writer here has an interesting idea - the key is to craft it into a well-thought out, grammatically correct story 😊

Great tips ---would make our reading more pleasurabl!
The index should be mandatory!

One request to all writers---please use the right words--use a dictionary or thesauus!

The most glaring one I have found is SMIRK instead of SMILE--- they are totally different in meaning
SMIRK: Insolent or sarcastic! full of negative emotions.
SMILE: Grin or beam with pleasure!

another is Caress- by leaving out the e the meaning is totally different!
No criticsm-- just to help---am an old English teacher!

You have described it well. I just want to add that a few writers discontinue their stories due to whatever reasons, which really effects some readers including me. I just want to suggest that those who don't want to continue, at least finish the story at a good note...

Thanks for sharing good points. 😊
